By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made through:

A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving an official confirmation from our company.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including:

pickup date and time

pickup and drop-off locations

flight number (for airport transfers)

number of passengers

luggage details.

3. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation conditions apply to all bookings:

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date are non-refundable.

Flight cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

Any modification to a reservation is subject to availability.

If the passenger fails to appear at the pickup location (No-Show), the full amount of the booking will be charged.

4. Flight Delays and Waiting Time

For airport transfers:

We monitor flight arrivals to adjust the pickup time when possible.

1 hour of waiting time is provided free of charge after the aircraft lands.

After this period, additional waiting time will be charged according to our standard rates.

In the event of a flight delay, the chauffeur may wait up to 3 hours maximum.

After this time, the booking may be considered cancelled and charged in full.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are communicated during the booking process and confirmed by email.

Payment may be made by:

credit/debit card

bank transfer

online payment

or other agreed payment methods.

Prices may vary depending on:

distance

vehicle category

waiting time

additional services requested.

6. Liability

While we strive to provide reliable and punctual services, Gold Limousine Services cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

traffic conditions

road accidents

weather conditions

police checks

force majeure events.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully towards the chauffeur and the vehicle.

The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service if:

passenger behavior threatens safety

passengers damage the vehicle

passengers fail to follow safety instructions.

Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.

8. Personal Data Protection

During the booking process, we may collect personal data such as:

name

phone number

email address

pickup address

flight information.

This data is processed in accordance with:

the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection

the General Data Protection Regulation

Your personal data is used only for:

booking management

communication with customers

service improvement.
